The Gisborne Foodbank provides fresh fruit and vegetables, baked goods, pantry items and general household items at no cost, to those individuals and families in need within our Macedon Ranges community.

Products vary according to availability and may include:

  • Fresh fruit and vegetables
  • Bread, sweet and savoury items
  • Eggs
  • Dairy products such as yoghurt, milk, cheese, butter
  • Frozen, ready to eat meals
  • Tinned products such as tuna, fruit, tomatoes, soups, baked beans, UHT milk and custard
  • Sauces, condiments, oils, salt, sugar, spreads
  • Breakfast cereals and oats
  • Pantry items such as rice, pasta, noodles, tea, coffee
  • Children’s snacks
  • Toiletry items such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, soap, shampoo, toilet paper
  • Baby formula and nappies

We are open on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am to 3pm and by appointment.

There is no need to be embarrassed, we all experience financial pressures from time to time and we are here to help relieve stress related to food insecurity.
